I was hearing totally different stories each time . My experience tilll my last visit was great I recommended Honda st Charles to everyone but this time it was really bad . I was hearing different stories from each person. And I kept trying to call after , it was on hold all the time.

The person who initially did my intake was unaccommodating and unpleasant in nature resulting in a disagreement over services rendered during my previous visit just a few days prior. The problematic tire was previously worked on and needed to be replaced entirely. I only purchased my vehicle two months ago and I am unhappy with how problematic it has been and difficult to fix.

Communication was clear, on point and dropoff/pickup was a breeze. Appreciated the offer of a loaner vehicle and the professionalism. Bryan was very helpful

Zack was great got the job done quick and was super helpful he did this all while training someone new and the new guy was extremely helpful and nice as well keep up the awesome service guys

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with regards to the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Unfortunately, I believe that the vehicle you sold me is a lemon. Since taking possession of it, I have encountered numerous issues that have made me question its reliability and safety. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I had placed my trust in your dealership and expected a quality and reliable product. However, this experience has shattered that trust and left me with a defective vehicle that doesn't meet the standard of functionality and safety that I reasonably expected. I hope that your dealership values its reputation and customer satisfaction. However, I have made the decision to part ways and never use your services again or recommend your dealership to anyone. I don't expect anyone to care because this is now my problem to deal with. Just as the service representative told me this is what you may face with high mileage cars. Offering no options for repair is what truly hurt me. As hard as I work I will not pay $9000 to this dealership for a new engine. I will go elsewhere to try to preserve the life of the engine for as long as I can.
