Poor communication car sat two days and no one even looked at it until Sunday. Vehicle not ready when I picked it up. Seat was not completely repaired. Had to get manager involved to finishing sealing the cover because no mechanic were available. Very frustrating experience

Service was great, however don’t know why it takes so long to get warranty work approved. If this does not get approved by close of business 03/06/2024, I will start to drop my rating and make phone calls until I find someone that stands behind the Honda brand
