Bryan My sales person was excellent.He was extremely professional and to the point. Explained everything in detail. I will be buying a second car soon and will definitely come to him. He is the only reason I will return. I came in at 2 pm Bryan greeted us at the door and by 3pm we had finished negotiations and he had handed in our paper work. We sat in the dealership after that for hours. Others who came after us were taken care of. We were the last to be seen by the finance team. Anna tried correct the situation but We were already worn out by the experience. My car did not come with floor mats. All Mitsubishi cars come with that as standard.I had to buy floor mats The car I turned in had almost 3/4 tank of gas. The one I bought had barely any gas left. I had to buy gas. Most dealerships will at least top off the gas. Please not this is not a reflection on Bryan or Anna they were both great!!

MAX our sales man was very helpful. The whole team was very kind. My only complaint was the wait for financing. We said yes to car and it took 2 hours until we saw the finale team. It was a tough wait. But everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.

1. I don’t know who Daniel Eugea is - did not encounter that person. 2. Garry Jackson was our sales rep, he was great. Arrived at dealership around 6:45 and finished test drive, questions, trade in appraisal and price and financing conditions within 90 minutes. 3. After that, disaster. My wife and I sat in your dealership, waiting to write and check and sign paperwork, for over 4 hours. We did not leave the dealership until 1:30a. Completely unacceptable, and a complete failure by management to adequately staff and care for customers. What started as a great experience left us with an awful taste and will likely prevent us from ever doing business with McGrath again. Four plus hours we sat and waited to sign and pay. Over half a work day. It’s absurd to think about, and was painful to endure - awful customer experience.
