I worked with Mr Sazes and he was fantastic.

They didn't give me the amount they promised for my trade in, it was not explained to where I understand and not in the contract. Also I did not want the warranty but was charged for it. I feel I was taken advantage of, will be reporting to BBB.

No muss no fuss. Told him the problem and he took care of it. In and out. He very efficient.

Truck I purchased from u made it two days and broke down contacted salesman could use over holiday had to change plans and left without vehicle to drive

He did a wonderful job and was very helpful and very courteous.

We did not love how we had to fight for a second key for our vehicle. Regardless of if it’s pre owned or not, it’s a common assumption you’ll get 2 keys. I had to give Daniel an ultimatum just to get the second key. Frankly it should have been an easy one for you guys. But I had to really fight for it. You guys lose a few points there. Additionally, I had to ask for the car to be cleaned a second time. Kudos to the management team for making it an easy request but we found wrappers, dirt, and white reside over the plastic in the second row. It was just clear that attention was not given to the vehicle despite us mentioning it specifically multiple times prior to the service. We still have to come in for the key and for the cleaning so we will see if your team makes good on your promise. All in, we were there for over 5 hours. I made an appointment, said the exact car I wanted and it still took all day so I can’t tell you it was a fun experience for my family with a baby there til 830PM. I figured it would be a little quicker given I told you exactly what I wanted. But maybe that’s just how Long it takes? Brandon in finance was great. Was patient and super helpful.

Pete Mattison was wonderful to work with and explained everything so perfectly for me. I had Hondas back in the 1970’s and had gotten away from them. I am so pleased to be back as a Honda family member!

I was pre-approved already with a real good interest rate. I did not authorize your finance department to run my credit that many times which was hard copies!!
