My Vehicle interior was damaged, service tried to cover it up multiple times not taking accountability for any damage. Evrytime I came it to pick up my vehicle that was supposedly "done" there was more damage and the issue wasn't fixed. This went on for a few weeks to where I didn't want the car anymore. You guys bought it back and I had no choice but to purchased a new one. Very disappointing, frustrated, and not happy with service at all! Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service if needed.

Ryan was very kind and we connected very well, he along with the other staff did everything they could to get me and my wife into our family car and we appreciate it all. The process was lengthy but all worth it, We will definitely be back for our next car

I recently visited your dealership to purchase a car, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I left the dealership feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the process. Throughout the day, I had to wait multiple times as the salesperson went back and forth to speak with the manager about my monthly payment. Initially, the salesperson started with a price of $369, and after several rounds of discussion, the offer dropped to $350, then $345, and even $330. However, in the end, the price was raised again to $360. Once I moved to the finance department, the process seemed to take another turn. The interest rate started at 11%, then went down to 10%, then 9%, and finally ended up at around 8.1%. This back-and-forth pricing felt very confusing and, frankly, like a game. As this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, I felt uncomfortable with the overall experience and felt as if I was being misled. I was hoping for a transparent and straightforward process, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I would appreciate any follow-up or clarification on these matters, as I believe this experience could have been handled much more professionally.

She was incredible. I had the whole family with me (wife and two daughters) and she made the whole car shopping/buying experience a smooth, fun experience for all of us and did an amazing job answering all of our questions without pressuring us in any direction.
