Still awaiting completion of the wiring to complete the sensor install on Tuesday at your new location. Patrick does a Great job serving the customer by communicating . I compliment him on those skills! I Have been a satisfied customer Of Barrington/McGrath Volvo for 25 years now.

I have a concern. In the last service we changed the power steering fluid and brake fluid. This time your inspection saying that those two needs to replace. How comes? It should not be change every 10000 miles.What is that means?Last time the power steering and brake fluid was not changed correctly? or this time the inspection was not correct? I am a little bit of loosing trust in the service. Please clarify? Also this time it took more than 2 hrs to complete the service. That’s too long with a scheduled appointment.

Great experience. 1)One suggestion, which will be fixed w new building: Charge the car! Be great to have a charged car ...especially when Volvo is going all electric. Missed it when I drove off. BMW does this well. 2)I’d like to talk to to Volvo app developers about software editing for customers.

Most everything was great but --- I had asked for the glove box hinge to be fixed if the parts cost less than $100... but it wasn't fixed. Also I'd asked for a diagnosis for the cause of a leak from the windshield/ sunroof. That was also forgotten -- but because I remembered to ask about it at pickup they did it while I waited. Because I was in a hurry at this point I forgot to ask about the glove box too. It shouldn't have had to depend on my followup if it was inthe instructions at drop off. Now it will remain broken for the next 20,000 miles, alas. But it's just a small thing, I feel confident about the more impt mechanical and maintenance work. That said, everyone was friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the care with the air filters. I will be bringing in my other car soon too.

Mark was very helpful thanks. Only complaint is I couldn’t get my car washed because they didn’t have anyone to do it. I live 40 min from you so I can’t take advantage of the free car wash often.
