Mark is awesome but this is the second time I came in for an AC repair. From the time i bought the car the AC is not working optimally. I could not check it at the time of purchase (chicago winter). The first time i realized the problem, Mark refilled the car with freon. Got the problem again in a few months. This time the problem was found & a new condenser was replaced in the place of a leaky old one. The car came from volvo with a bad leaky condensor. If i get this problem again i might opt fpr a buyback from volvo

Overall one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Drove over an hour to get there only to find out the car had a additional issues that occurred on the way home. I drove back only to sit there for an additional 2.5 hours. After I was told it would only take 15 minutes to resolve. I was called to be compensated for the time and hassle with a discount on the polestar add on, and when I called they told me they couldn't do anything for me. So my overall experience with mcgrath volvo, is a very very disappointing one.

I went in for an oil change, I was told it was going to be about an 1hr 15mins. Which ended up being over a 2hr long process. I also was in about a month ago to get my brakes done. Which again was told it was going to be about 2- 2 1/2hr process. Which ended up being almost a 4- 4 1/2 hr process. I just keep wondering why I am told one thing and then it turns out to be a completely different thing without any commutation in the process.
