Mark was very helpful, courteous and professional, but my only complaint is that I often felt left the dark about the timeframe for our service. There were a few times when the day we discussed the car being ready came and went without any phone call or follow up. I totally understand that there are circumstances outside your control (parts availability, warranty approval, etc.), and the use of a loaner car left us with very little inconvenience. I only wish there had been a little more communication. Thank you.

Mark did a great job as a service writer but unfortunately the techs had my car for 7 days but didnt figure out what was causing my check engine light to come on. I was told that they cleared the codes and everything should be fine. By the time I got home the light was back on and now I have to bring my car back again. I’ve only had the car for 2 weeks and 1 of those weeks it’s been in the shop. And now going back again.

My Wife and I have dealt with BARRINGTON Volvo and now your your facility about 25 years. Mark has been a Service Advisor for many years and has Always provided excellent attention to detail.
