Mark did a fine job, as always. He thoroughly explained what was done, as well as what was found along with solutions to what was found. We discussed the mysterious depletion of the coolant. We traded thoughts and agreed there is no logical apparent cause. We will continue to monitor. The rest of the staff was engaging and polite.

When I called to make an appointment for service, I spoke with the service manager, Bob, who suggested that the service I was calling for was secondary to a more urgently needed services. He worked with me on the charges for the additional service needed, which I appreciate very much as I am now recently retired. My service appointment was then scheduled with Mark Kuzniar who has always been wonderful to work with since I have owned my XC70. I always feel that I can trust what he says regarding the service my car needs and I am in good hands. And I was given a loaner which I very much appreciate.

Nothing against Mark, however I have had to bring my car in three times since I got it in late July. The first time was two days after it left the lot. I’ve almost been rear ended twice due to the paddle shifters not working and the auto brake engaging it self. However, Marc and the service manager are working with Volvo to ameliorate my numerous inconveniences of having to taking off work and putting miles on the car to bring it in to get fixed.
