You guys are awesome!! Just one thing bothered me that someone adjusted my seat. I spent an hour to make it feels right for me. Now, I am still adopting this adjustment. Could you guys slightly adjust the seat?

amazing service! Wish there were quieter places to work while waiting for the car to be serviced, but Mark politely directed me to the quietest private room so I could take my conference call. Looking forward to a long relationship with you folks

Malia did a great job of providing information and she kept me updated on the status of my service throughout my time there. It should be noted that in the past three years she is the only service provider to give her name without being asked for it. Seems like a baseline for customer service - when you answer the phone you give your name; client shouldn’t have to ask for it.

Fixed my AWD problem that’s been plaguing me for a long time... now I can drive in snow with confidence... my only issue was I could not find my car when it was finished... I walked all the way around the building only to discover it inside... lol Overall Best experience with any dealership I’ve ever dealt with before... Thank you again ... Dan

The service representative I worked with was courteous and great and the work was done quickly. My only disappointment was the team didn't wash or vacuum the vehicle before returning it back to me. Its a very small gesture but when you value your vehicle and the brand as much as I do it would have been a little extra that would have made the experience perfect.

The vibration from the console above the rear view mirror still has the rattling vibration coming from it when I slightly accelerate from speeds between 20 - 45!
