Service associates need to say their name when answering the phone. Also if there are recommended annual services not covered by the ‘annual maintenance’ the service associates should inform the customer. My tires weren’t rotated for two years! Last my car wasn’t washed. I will say the team was very helpful in solving a vibration noise I had since the car was purchased.

Mark is awesome and the other staff is very kind. However, it took 3 times to reach anyone despite leaving message with receptionist the first time and two voicemails. This doors need to improve. I didn’t get any callbacks.

This is an exceptional Volvo dealership. I had an awful experience with Waukesha Volvo 3 months ago upon moving to Wisconsin. It was worth driving 80 miles to the Chicago area to check out McGrath Volvo. Everyone was welcoming, informative, and professional. To the extent that I leased a new Volvo. I’m very pleased to know there is a Volvo dealership that I can trust and feel appreciated as a repeat Volvo customer. Mark was my first impression of your dealership and he is top notch. The Volvo I drove off of your lot today is my 4th Volvo and I know I can depend on your dealership to service it properly. Everyone I worked with today vibes good will and fine professionalism. At first, I was frustrated from things that I uncovered after my purchase. However, my sales rep and Malia took care of me right away and addressed all of my concerns. During the time that my car was being serviced, Malia followed up and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She addressed any concerns and answered ALL my questions. This process reassured me that I made the right decision with my vehicle, but more importantly, with the McGrath of Barrington dealership!!! It’s very refreshing to find a dealership with integrity. Thank you!! I will definitely recommend my friends.
