Although we waited for over 4 hours at the dealership for a repeat repair, Mark finally took pity on us and offered us a loaner while the repeat repair was completed. I wish we has asked for a loaner when I called in to make an appointment to bring the car back. I’ll know better for next time. So far this time, the emissions control system seems to be working well now.

I needed a loaner and when additional services that we approved via phone took well into the afternoon, Mark let me keep the loaner overnight and return it the next morning. We had that awful storm and I was so relieved I didn't have to drive that late afternoon or early evening.

We’ve had to bring in our Volvo a little more than we would have liked for the first year. The brake issue with the squeaking is a little disappointing especially since the pads definitely shouldn’t have deteriorated within the first year and if the pads are in fact, poorly designed, we may have to just deal with this again and / or pay out of pocket to avoid the loud noise. That said, Mark has been the person who has worked with us each time. We appreciate his no-**** attitude and willingness to explain issues and resolution.

Whoever brought me my car left onions from their sandwich on where you start the car. I showed it to Mark and he apologized and cleaned it. I’ve always been a Patrick Volvo customer prior to buying my car here. I haven’t been impressed with this dealership at all. I wish I could go back to Patrick for service. The car wash **** too.
