Request follow up from Volvo Service Manager & Facility Store Manager. My service: a single oil change on 2005 Volvo Xc70. A simple request to hv an window stckr reminder & the old oil filter. When my vehicle was returned: (1) Theree was a large black shoe print stain from oil on drvr side floor mat and (2) the original oil filter was placed in a box and thrown on front seat. As you or anyone else who has performed an oil change can imagine, this left a great mess of oil spill on my leather passenger seat & personal belongings. I am upset and extremely disappointed with the quality of service from a Volvo Dealership, especially one which is as newly established as yours is. I have been informed that this store is recently operational as of 2019. I am hopeful that you will take proper action in resolute of this matter. And look forward to discussing these concerns, customer and the vehicle care while in the custody of your Service Department, Service Technician and Service Advisor. I can be reached at this number. I noticed a scratch on my driver-side passenger door I didn’t notice until later so I’ll just take that as a loss However, it was a very great experience to work with the service guy He was so professional and very nice, I definitely will be coming back. Just next time I will do a walk around
