Robert was excellent. I’m assuming the oil change was done properly, But they washed my car (on the outside only, I’m guessing since the inside of my windshield was still in need of cleaning) both the drivers side and passengers side windows were smeared as though a used and/or dirty towel was used to try to dry them. That was not very satisfactory. Thanks!

Extremely poor client relationship skills. I was so excited to find a Volvo dealership so close to my new home. Especially since not long before we'll be ready for our next new purchase. And...too bad I won't be returning. It will be well worth the extra time/miles to go to a dealership that knows the value of client services. And based on what the manager said, at this point, I dont even know what work was completed.

I still left with an issue that I was told by a BMW service department was going on. After purchasing this used vehicle from this dealership that stated the vehicle had passed an inspection, a week ago, I still have a suspension issue that I will have to fix. Not a reputable dealership. I wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle from here.

Mark was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Kept me updated on the service, it all went smoothly. Unrelated to Mark though, I had reached out to the GM regarding the Volvo valet service e-mail I got. Schaumburg and Northfield dealers were happy to offer me the service and Barrington is out of range for me even though it’s the closest dealership. I was surprised and disappointed that the GM didn’t take time to respond to my email or phone call.
