Love the early Saturday hours. The staff are all good hosts and the waiting lounge was exactly what I needed for plugging in and getting some work done.

My engine had been overheating and I had taken it to Volvo of Lisle and they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong. It continued to happen and so I finally brought it to Barrington instead. Nicholas took the time to listen to me as I described what was happening with the car and sure enough the team at Barrington figured out the Coolant pump had a fault code and was failing. They replaced it and it’s a huge relief because the engine could of blown up or I could of gotten into an accident. Great Job Guys! Thanks for taking care of the customer and making my XC90 safe to drive!

I have been a customer of Barrington Volvo for over 25 years. Mark Kuzniar has been a service rep for I believe, over half that time. He has always been helpful and attentive to detail explanations of service to be performed.. Mark is an asset and refreshing as he knows how to be patient and thorough when talking to seniors. That has value to your dealership and clients.

I came there to get service for my flat tire , after checking the tire the technician said the tire has to replace ... i thought I will use the credit amount $300 which I got from the manager Kaye during the car purchase , when I gave my credit certificate the Volvo guy rejected my credit letter saying Kaye is on vacation and he can't approve for it & also informed me that she will on vacation for next 2 weeks... then I was searching for sales guy Alex., even he was on vacation ... so finally I have to pay from my pocket even though I had $300 credit from Barrington office ... very disappointed with the hospitality , I was saving this $300 credit amount from long time thinking that when required I will use it ... just because employees are on vacation no one else came forward to help me out ... please call me ****-****-xxxx so I can share my bad experience during this visit
