I made an appointment on 5/5/2021 to have a recall service on my car. I would assume the part required for this service would be placed on hold for my appointment. I drove 50 mins only to find that my part was used the previous weekend to service another vehicle. Nick ordered another part and I returned the following day to have service completed. Service the second day was exceptional.

The service was just fine. Mark went the extra step with helping me with my radio. That was very nice. I personally did not care for the music being played in the waiting area. Then when the folks came to work they turned it up louder. I found it very obnoxious for a waiting area. Thank you

I was told it was gonna be 45 minutes and I was there for two hours. Then my car supposedly was ready but nobody came and got me and I wasn’t informed of my car being ready until I approach the front desk.

Your free wash service is rather poor, not even good and car service ... well, I guess ok , just ok . Let me say this a lot of room to improve, I wish I could say definitely that , you are the Only one dealer I would take my car for any reason . Sorry just a little bit disappointed. Thx
