Yes. Problem resolved but battery has Beene a problem for over a year with 3 battery checks at McGrath and 2 battery check:cks at Serra Traverse City Michigan....dealership service consensus was that I left the door open causing problem. However my insistence to look at battery further because I frequently travel state to state on business and need a reliable auto.The dashboard message repeatedly read “low battery “!! With further investigation recently.....the hose revealed the hose from the battery was leaking corrosive material causing blockages. Could have caused problem during my travel on the road.!!!! Yes I would leave auto door open while unloading groceries but no other time!

Mark is an exceptional service representative. He’s the reason we get all our service done at McGrath Volvo Barrington. He’s responsive, explains things really well, and takes the time to understand our concerns and our needs. He helped us once when our Volvo (purchased new from you) broke down on I-90; we weren’t sure whether to try to drive it off the highway or not. He advised us over the phone and was a huge help. If you have an Employee of the Year award, please give it to Mark! My husband and I are so grateful that he is part of your team.
