Unavailability of loaner was very disappointing for spouse who ended up waiting for over three hours, when I told her the dealership should be able to provide loaner. Usually when compared this with other dealers like bmw and Audi in hearing from friends, this did not meet expectation.

Way too long of a wait for a schedule 730 am oil change didn’t leave until 11 am . If I new it was going to take that long would not have scheduled.
