I was told to plan for an hour for the 10k service. No loaner would be given out. I arrived at 10am for appt. car was not worked on immediately. It was 2 hours before car was ready. My time is valuable. Either give out a loaner or make the appointment at the right time that will ensure 1 hour delivery. Car did not get washed because only one washer was there. I was told to come back for a wash but to allow an hour. Really.. just give out a loaner and get it done right the first time. Now what should have been a 1 hour appt will be 3 or more.

Climate control issue was found to be “working properly”, and I was charged $155 to be told so. I had a $20 off coupon I intended to use for the service visit and was told by the cashier she could not accept it.
