Mark, Bogdan, and Andrew went above and beyond for me. From the moment I got there 2 days early and an hour before shop even opened I was assisted. Bogdan made sure I had a loaner so I could get to work when I dropped off my S40. Throughout the day getting text updates from Bogdan and phone calls from Mark letting me know how the car was coming and the eta was above and beyond. Of course I couldn’t forget about the Technician! Andrew did a great job answering any questions and concerns I had, because I’m picky like that. Assured me that my S40 was all set to go and things were back in perfect shape. Of course when I picked up the car I received it in better shape than I left it. Exterior had been cleaned and interior was vacuumed. You guys truly went above and beyond to get my car done in one day, considering I showed up 2 days early. You have my loyalty and I will be coming back for my next service or crazy project of parts! Thank you Mark, Bogdan and Andrew!

I have always been extremely satisfied with service at McGrath Volvo Cars Barrington. Mark Kuzniar has taken care of my cars for several years and I know I can always count on him to be especially mindful of my pre-travel check ups as well as routine maintenance.

I feel like although I was given a “reduced price” it was nonsense. I thought McGrath was different but you’re not. If I go to the McGrath Audi 4 mins away from my house I wait 2+hr for an oil change bc of parts. When i came in yesterday the man at the counter was nice but others there were offered drinks etc. I was told I needed back brakes replaced 6 months after buying the car and driving less than 5,000 miles. The salesman told me I got a good deal on the car so it is what it is. Same old used car salesman ****. McGrath is just s shady as the rest. I will never go to Barrington again, EVER I will go to the Audi where I was treated poorly only for convienience and free oil changes until they start their **** too. With this many dealerships I’m surprised at the fact you aren’t treating customers better. My car was used and not $60,000 but I paid over $24,0000 for it and replaced the brakes after 6 months after specifically asking about them. I also was asked to write a google review that i wish i could retract. Then called again bc i left off the salesman’s last name. Nothing but disappointment. Telling me i got a great deal on a car does not mean it’s ok to have to replace brakes that soon new or used. I am so sorry I purchased this car from McGrath.
