Patrick took great care in examining exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Showed me the waiting area and the wifi. Unfortunately the wifi was not working. Had to use my own data which I was not appreciative of. When the vehicle was done. Patrick walked me through the whole report and asked if I would like to setup service for some of the issue. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated it! I will be back for service soon.

Patrick provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed throughout the process. The car wash and tire detailing, including wiping down the interior, was much appreciated. Additionally, the written inspection report will be useful for future reference. These extra steps added to the customer service experience.

My car problems have continued. I brought the car in for many different issues and one was a tire pressure issue. After this was allegedly fixed, I found my new purchase in the garage with a flat tire. I will need to set up another appointment to get my car fixed.... hopefully for the last time. I am concerned that I bought a car loaded with problems.

Very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I called 3 times this week also left a phone message requesting a callback, never happened. I advised service I needed 4 new tires and I was taking full advantage of the Advantage plan. Not one time was I advised the plan would only be applied if I had tire damage. Im really sad and I feel I was defrauded, misled! I'm considering making my views Public!

Even though I just purchased my used 2017 XC90 from Motor Werks, I stopped in to purchase my extended Warranty from Volvo and to buy an additional ignition key. I was welcomed warmly by the McGrath Volvo team from Management to Parts to Service. In the process, Patrick and his team diagnosed a noise, that I didn’t even hear myself, and ordered a part for repair. l look forward to working with them for all my future service needs and to the opening of the new building in Barrington.
