Mark is very thorough explaining the service and what they found. He also took the time to go through some of the menu options for my car where I was confused or having issues. I really appreciated the time he took to help me. He’s great!

The guys in service do a great job, however, I was not granted my 2nd free oil change from when I purchased my vehicle. I bought a vehicle for thousands of dollars and because the year expired for the 2nd change I had to pay. Really??? McGrath Volvo you could have paid for that oil .... Kind of absurd

I appreciated Patrick’s professionalism and attentiveness. He recognized that the service was taking longer than expected and put me into a very nice loaner vehicle. I had never considered purchasing a Volvo previously but after getting a chance to spend some time in the XC90 loaner I would definitely take a look at Volvo’s SUV’s for my next vehicle purchase.

Excellent paint match, good as new! About the brakes-looking good there also! I did take the vehicle to the car wash during that cold spell and the wheels came out poencased in coated ice and maybe contributed to the brakes not working properly, as you stated was your recent experience with other Volvo’s during the below zero cold weather!
