There is an issue that I had to follow up with. I called service so many times and left voice message as well but Carlos never picked up the phone or called me back. I have to leave a “no” here with the hope that someone can call me back regarding the issue.

Awais provided stellar service . He went over every detail and throughly explained the problems and services that were needed. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. My car was scheduled for pick up 2 days from the drop off date, but Awais located the parts from a local dealer and had my car ready the same DAY!!! Great service!!!

My car was at McGrath for 12 hours only to be told they couldn’t fix what I brought it in for. That’s absurd. Paul also left and didn’t call to tell me I could pick it up or that it wasn’t able to be fixed, I had to call the office and ask what was going on when I hadn’t heard by the end of the day

On Monday, May 22, 2023, I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and told the service attendant, Paul Tran not to run it through the car wash. When I received the car it was wet with soap and my new wheel was scratched, chipped and dented. My car has been hand washed by my husband and I since I purchased new wheels. I hope McGrath will resolve this matter. Thank you, Mrs. J Honda

Awais was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Even though it was almost closing time, he accommodated my request to check tires, change cabin filter, and a couple of other things that were found in need of a change during a thorough inspection. Employees like Awais are an asset to your dealership and hopefully recognized by management as such. This is the second time I’ve come for maintenance and was treated with respect and got excellent service both times both of which are appreciated.
