Rep was fine, polite, etc. two issues: 1) time estimate was off, took longer. 2) initially, we agreed on three service items, he called me after 30-45 min to recommend a 4th item, and we discussed differing all items (including 2 of the first 3), which I said I wanted to do and he said ok. 3) when the car came, all three service items were done. I didn’t have time to complain or deal with the issue from my perspective, so I left. I am not asking for anything from this situation, as I did sign off on the three items when I first arrived… just frustrating.

Paul is great. I would suggest, however, if the service department has a customer wait for over an hour and a half…your customer expects that they were waiting because you are almost finished with their car. Please respect your customer’s time. Also, please limit the “upsell” of routine maintenance services - no, I don’t want $4,000 of routine maintenance on a perfectly functioning car. Again, the people were great - the upsell is not.
