Awais still needs lessons in customer service. I know this because he’s waited on me before. When he previously waited on me, he tried to upsell me several things. This time, I came in specifically for warranty service, and when he checked me in, he looked at the instrument cluster in my car, came back to where I was standing and said “so you’re here for an oil change?”even though my oil has 30% of its life left. No, I told him clearly, I’m here for warranty service. And only warranty service.

Andrew was very accommodative to my needs as I came in without an appointment - unexpected tire trouble, and was attentive to make the experience quite tolerable. Great attitude and customer oriented. 5 stars!

Carlos’s was fantastic. He explained in detail work that would be done for A1 , how much and was professional and courteous. He kept me updated, told me how long and even went over what will need to be done next service. I really enjoyed and appreciated him and would ask for him again. Also Lindsay always remembers me by name and that is amazing also.
