I was able to get in for last-minute appointment. They were helpful they were fans they explained to me that they would look into a warranty to help me pay for the tire. I was under the impression that I would have to buy a brand new tire . Well, I didn’t have to pay but nine dollars. I just purchased a car and I didn’t know a lot of the warrantees or what they offered so I appreciate the service representative informing me of the matter. Yesterday was a good day. Thanks to Acura.

Very satisfied. AWAIS IS ACTOP NOTCH SERVICE ADVISOR. VERY ATTENTUVR TO ALL MY NEEDS AND CALLS BACK PROMPTLY. My car needed maintenencthat was recommended. Very happy with rhe way the car rides now! It drives like a dream. The Master technicians on your service dept.do not ger enough credit. They're amazing. I appreciate everyone attention to my needs,..Leo, Paul, Awais, Sydney...they all make the experience at Mc Grath a very pleasant one! Thank you all!

My power steering fluid was “extremely Low”, from the inspection report today, I sent my son and daughter to bring the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. To my surprise you didn’t too off the fluid! I understand now that there is a leak, but not topping it off for a customer to drive home safely is not what I would expect from a trusted dealership.
