Found a problem (control arms) as a sound emanating from engine compartment that I had brought to the attention of previous dealership for years. Inspection thorough, and all four tires had exact same amount of air pressure, again, not experienced at previous dealership. Your team was pleasant, helpful, and competent, and appreciated the loaner for 5 days while waiting for control arm to be delivered. A good experience. .

The service from Paul Tran is always amazing. This is the first time that I am not fully happy with other portions of service. The cup holder for drawer was left open covered up hiding the damage made. Not only that my glove box, sunglass and another small compartment below the dashboard were all open. I showed the damage to Paul and like always he provide service stating he will have management pull videos and get to the bottom of things and will follow up. Because of Paul’s service I continue to go to this dealer for all my vehicle service needs.
