The time scheduled was perfect.My car was taken ASAP. The inspection revealed things that were unexpected.I had service take care of what was needed. The car was washed but not dried. The cost was a little high.

Very happy with the customer service I got from Awais Shabbir. After spending nearly $3500 on repairs - thanks so much for charging me $35 for driving the car 53 miles & forgetting to fill up the tank before returning the car. Returning customers are the key to any business. Thanks again.

My biggest pet peeve is having grease from the mechanic’s hands left on the interior of the car only to find it later in embarrassing situations . A car should be wiped down before given back to the customer. Wiped down means the steering wheel, driver’s seat, inside handle, outside handle, buttons to change gears and anywhere else the mechanic had contact. Imagine wearing a white dress and wearing the oil on a mechanic Uniform on it!

Better hospitality and a little bit more or less of an attitude from the service department. Andrew was a great service manager along with Mark Nunez. Paul, on the other hand, had an attitude and felt as though I was trying to be rushed out of there. I understand that I made a bit of a problem and cause some people headaches in the regards of not being fully respectful and asking for a lot, I had no idea that my car had not been serviced for a transmission flush because I couldn’t get the service records from the car that I got it from or the dealership that I got the car from. Overall, on a scale between one and five I would say my service was 3.5 out of five.

Although Paul was very nice and helpful I was upset that I have been having a problem with my air cutting on and off and had the condenser replace last time. Then it continued to have the same problem and I brought it in and you could not find anything. Then it continued to cut in and out so I brought it in again and now it’s the condenser. I understand my car is old and I love it and have depended on you to keep it running. I’m most disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I hope the problem is solved. ????
