The Express Team is always quick to greet me and ask what I'm coming in for. My wait is satisfactory.Tbey always explain what they found or worked on.zThey are excellent knowledge and explain in layman's terms when needed My husband is a Vet so they go e us a little break when they can by applying coupon if available.David,Jonathan and Jerry are the best!A big thanks to the tech's like Christian who work hard at getting the work done.I love the car wash too. Thank you Hill Country Honda Express Service & Cody in Service Dept!

David was EXCELLENT!! Not only was he personable and professional but he was so knowledgeable. David was able to not only explain but literally showed me how to solve a phone issue (super loud ring) so that I understood what was happening and how to correct it! THANK YOU!!!! David truly went above and beyond!! David exemplifies why we love Honda!!!

There used to be water bottles and coffee and tea and snacks. There was none of that. I was very disappointed. Also took way longer than expected.
