Ms. Davis was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable about the Fast Service Dept. She quickly took my information, explained the multi point inspection service that would be performed and answered all my questions and concerns. She kept me posted periodically on the status of my vehicle and thoroughly reviewed and explained the results of each item that was inspected. She was simply outstanding and I was a satisfied cusyomer.
I received an email stating that I brought my vechile in for servive and am being asked to remark on a survey when my vechile has not been fixed. I was told by Aaron my ticket had to be cleared. I don't understand why my ticket would not remain open until the service on my vehicle has been done.
I am still waiting to have a recall done on my vechile.
