Because Michelle was so attentive and informative Hill Country Honda just gained another customer. She kept me informed of wait times and what was needed to complete the job for the tire under the warranty. When the shop needed to get the correct tire and the wait would be another hour she quickly offered a loaner car so I could get to my other appointment on time. It is the little details that matter and gain customers for life. What could have ruined an entire afternoon and brought a halt to my day was made so much more simpler and easy to deal with. Thank you Michelle!

The wait time was ridiculous, schedule 8 and finally left at 12 to find out that my vehicle has a wrong computer module. What’s worse is I had a distributor replacement at a different location that didn’t tell me that I had this wrong computer in the first place that lead my vehicle to drive poorly.
