Michelle provided excellent and outstanding customer service. At the end of the transaction she pointed out other potential vehicular issues to keep an eye on. I noted her immaculate penmanship in the notes that she provided, which made it that much easier to keep track of what to look out for next time I visit Honda. She was great!
