A wonderful experience. Cody explained everything to me and the dealership is one of the nicest Honda dealerships I’ve been in from Pennsylvania, Florida and California and bow Texas.
I always receive excellent service when I bring my Honda in. I came in for a routine oil change but David went above and beyond to make sure my car was up to date on all maintenance. Left feeling appreciative of the service I received during my visit.
Devin was very nice courteous, friendly...quick only took half an hour to do oil change.even tho there was plenty of people waiting on there vehicles before we got there.n were still there I was very in press... On the quick service keep up the excellent customer service you all have...thank you......

The only comment I have is that the prices are way too high for me. I live in a disability monthly check and Can Not afford the $159.00 transmission fluid service or the tire rotation. I couldn't afford The air filter for $59.00 but I did have to go buy it from Walmart and it only cost me $13.62!!! Thank God!!!
Yes satisfied but if I may add that the car wash is a good idea but I would prefer it to be dried to avoid the white hard water spots left by not drying the vechicle just a suggestion.

Rudy Criner and the service department far exceeded outstanding service and my expectations. The technition Ben Edwards was courteous and professional and the vehicle was delivered to me in a timely fashion. After the vehicle was delivered Rudy asked if i had any other questions regarding the service provided today and walked me to my car and wished me well. My experience at the express service department went great and i higly recommend hillcountry to family and friends
