Like anyone else I've been to many different service areas for various vehicles but I have never been so impressed with the customer service I received at this Honda. Since I don't remember names, the heavier set lady didn't speak when I spoke to her and she had a very nonchalant attitude about checking me out.
Again, I'm not sure about the name, but if Michelle is the smaller young lady...she was the absolute professional Hill Country would be proud to represent the brand.
Otherwise, I would never come back with the negative disposition of the other young lady. I was greeted by Michelle and she spoke with real concern for the customer. She was Great!!

David tried hard to complete a warranty repair through Honda. Unfortunately it can only be done through Acura. I also own a Honda and based on the response I had today and in the past, I will be back.

Cody did an excellent job in assisting me with all my concerns
When I pulled in just after 1000 on the Saturday of the event, I found 2 bays open and approximately 10 cars before me. They soon opened a third bay and I was now 2nd in line. My car was in/out in about an hour. The service team made popcorn for some sweet little family waiting with mom. I haven’t been disappointed, yet, but don’t think I will be!????

Unable to get information in a timely manner. Not able to see the progress on the vehicle, it was difficult to talk with anyone in regards to this starter problem.
