David was over-the-top helpful and thoughtful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy.
What I didn't like was the laundry list of things my vehicle supposedly needed to the tune of over $2300.00. My trusted source told me only one of those things was necessary. This is the same thing Gunn did when I had an air bag replacement several years ago.
Not a way to keep a customer who deserves better than that.
