John is the man!!! Every time I’ve been there, he has always been super friendly and helpful. There’s no telling how many customers he has daily and he still remembered me and my family. I’m a Hill Country customer for life thanks to employees like him.
Last year I had my first service visit after buying my car and I was treated very poorly/was not taken care of. I was nervous going back to Hill Country Honda for any service because of the horrible experience I had before, but this time we met David and he completely changed my view of this dealership’s service department. He made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to explain everything/take care of my husband and I. Thank you David for your superior customer service!
