I will have to come back to the dealership for the third oil change in a row for a TPMS light being on. The last two times were for overfilling the tires. Unacceptable if it's the same for a third time.
David Collins was a fantastic Service Advisor. I had problems with my audio interface/display and he initially tried to do a reset; although the reset didn’t take, he quickly moved to get a Tech to trouble shoot. Ultimately, the problem was resolved and David was on it every step of the way with updates, etc. As Honda customers we expect honesty, transparency, and efficiency. With David, I received this and more.

I have worked with Devin ****at Fernandez Honda Dealership in the past. He has always been super superb rep to work with. He gives me constant updates to the status of my vehicle, he’s VERY welcoming, and I see that he treats each customer with the upmost respect. You should hire more people like him!!!
Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what I needed done to my vehicle and gave me rates that have me satisfied. I told her when I get more money I will definitely come in and get my maintenance and tires done. Cody was very courteous and professional as well knowledgeable.He made my service experience memorable and pleasant. He walked me through the process in getting my vehicle checked and fixed and with the correct recommendations required. Roger Cuellar was the Tech who handled and supervised the repair and upon picking up the vehicle i was greeted warmly and felt welcomed by the service Team. While the vehicle was being serviced Cody kept me up-to-date on the progress and time of completion. I would recommend Hill country Honda to family and friends in the future. Rudy Criner as well in the express department were spectacular and spot on pointing me in the right direction to get started on the vehicle. Kudos to the Service Team
