I had previously brought my vehicle into Hill Country Honda and worked with other service members. Nothing compares to the exemplary help and support I received from David. He was able to research my history and provided me with detailed information about my vehicle that I had not received before. He understood my frustration about the technical issues I was having and didn't speak to me like I was un-knowledgeable or an inconvenience (I had been treated as such prior). David is an asset to have in the service department and provides the best customer service I've received anywhere. I will surely be returning for future services.
