Vincent went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family were completely taken care of. From the moment we walked in the door, you could see the prompt service and total commitment to making sure I was taken care of. I had a recall on my vehicle, which was 100% covered by Honda. Not once was I upsold or hassled. The complementary loaner vehicle was adequate and fulfilled all of my needs. The technician came out and explained everything that was done and told me I could go back if I had any questions. Overall, probably my best experience at any car dealership, ever.
