I was so well taken care of from the moment I drove into the service bay until the moment one of the staff pulled my car up for me to drive home. Cody was great with scheduling a shuttle to pick me up from my apartment on a busy Monday morning, and the shuttle driver promptly arrived at 8:30 as scheduled. I've also enjoyed the dealship's texting feature, especially that it allowed me to pay online! The only issue I had with it was that my phone wouldn't let me sign electronically. Everything else was wonderful, and I will take my car here in the future! My husband and I also sincerely appreciated the military discount offered. Most dealerships don't offer such a great benefit, but we loved it. Thank y'all!

I came to Hill Country Honda because of a terrible experience at another dealership. From the phone call to set up my maintenance appointment, I knew I was in for rap excellence in customer service. Bryan (I think?) and Cody both understood my cancelling at last minute and encouraged me to come in at MY convenience anyway. Once I was able to, I was given a tour of a client lounge set up with the modern working woman in mind. Huge island with built in power strips, coffee and muffins! The shining moment came when my full maintenance appointment was done in the time quoted (an hour), which showed they valued my time as much as I value my time. Cody showed me air filters, gave direct no b.s. pricing and information, and made it effortless to agree to the additional service. All staff members conducted themselves with expert professionalism, without all on gimmicky garbage I usually hate from dealerships, and with straightforward, quality SERVICE. So refreshing!

Rep did a good job but service exceeded 45 min average time for job done. Had to ask for complimentary wash after service, in which it’s a standard procedure after any service done on vehicles.
