Chris did an awesome job with making me feel welcomed to the Hill Country Honda family and was attentive with keeping me updated the entire time. My next comments are NOT a reflection of Chris Cotton’s performance, but rather a few things Management in the Servixe may want to be mindful of.
1. The receipt I retained informed my car was vacuumed and clearly was not, no biggie, but do not state you did something when nothing was actually done.
2. The mechnic working on the car suggested to change out the cabin air filter at an additional cost of $80 something dollars. I understand business is business, but I bought my own filter for $23 bucks and took me less than 5 mins to change. This makes an ordinary person like my self question the Honesty and Integrity of the business. Re-evaluate what you do to the truest to ensure you provide world class service and you retain customers for their loyalty.
