Timothy, my service advisor, was attentive, courteous, diligent, and knowledgeable. Besides the basic maintenance being performed, my CR-V had a continuing problem with the tire pressure monitoring system. Three previous Honda dealerships were unable to fix this issue. Tim listened to my concerns and ensured me he would do everything possible to make sure the issue was addressed. So far the TPMS appears to be working normally. Tim is the best service advisor I have seen to date! Kudos to him and his team. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have had my vehicles serviced at Gunn Honda since moving to San Antonio for us this new business location it is closer to our home. So far I had a good experience and I am a faithful customer when I know I am being treated well and receiving the best value for my expenses.
