I was quoted 1,299 est charge for service. Was told cost would be 1,643. Once so I disputed was told it would over 1,300. Asked why was told mistakes on the computer system final cost $1,200. Doesn't make me feel very confident at this time for future service.

The tech did not connect the dampener on my glove box after he checked the in cabin filter. I opened the glove box and it just dropped opened. It's a simple thing to connect.
