Bryan was my service advisor on a previous visit but was unavailable during the time of my service. He told me that he would let Cody know I was coming in and he would know about my service need. Cody was friendly, professional, well spoken and very knowledgeable. He kept me updated and reviewed the paperwork after the work was complete. My Pilot was parked to the side of the service entrance bays and he was even kind enough to walk me out to my car. I truly cannot say enough about the high quality of service from this dealership. Brian took care of the recall air bag & you had a great value on the oil change & inspection. The report of the work performed was very helpful. Also purchased a new battery before I took the car into service & your parts folks were also very helpful.
