Aaron was great he was extremely helpful, and kept us informed the whole time. When we bought the car the sales person told us that you all did not lend out cars if your car was being serviced and so I did not know that was an option. So when the person called to tell us are car was ready and asked if he had a loaner car I was surprised. That would have been something that would have helped being that my car was there for about 2 days. So you may want to make sure clients know that’s an option. Aaron did fantastic though so thanks for fixing or car!

George crespo was professional and responsive. The work was done quickly and my vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Everything was great until I realized that a car phone charger and 2 iPhone charging cables was missing from the vehicle. We searched our bags, alternate car and pockets to be sure it wasn’t there. The last we saw them, they were in the trash can inside my vehicle in the front. There were other items in there as well that were there after, but not the charger components. I told George and he was investigating but the technician said he/she did not see them

The rep who checked us out was not helpful. I had to drive to another honda dealership to get helped as he was giving me wrong feedback on my car battery. I will not use this dealership again as the rep did not try to resolve the issue. The other dealership replaced the battery as it had bad cells. I do not recommend this gentlemen give lies to customers as his feedback on mechanical information was incorrect. Luckily my father who was a mechanic double checked his work and found his feedback to be false.
Aaron and the staff were great. However I was diasappointed that the online price quote for the 100,000 mile factory recommended maintenance through Honda was way off ($1800 vs $900). The explanation I received was that it was for a 4 cylinder vehicle and mine was a 6 cyclinder vehicle. However all of my vehicle information has been uploaded to the Honda site since I purchased my vehicle.
It was a great experience for my first time at this dealership. I have been going to Gunn for four years and I might just have to switch permanently to Hill Country. Thank you!
