Very appreciative that Mr. Pete Alvarez took the time to hear me and send info immediately to a manager. I was told that the Manager was upset and stated to wanting to make things right. I talked to Aaron Soliz and he too was prompt, very professional and his approach to my concerns felt sincere as to my faith and satisfaction of Hill Country Honda. I greatly appreciate all that your service department has done for me and my family.
He was an absolute hero when it came to fixing my car. I was so worried about it but Cody called me consistently to keep me updated which really put my mind at ease, if I ever have troubles again I definitely trust my car in his and his teams hands!

It was actually my son who came in. He just thought it was weird that someone connected to Bluetooth. Is this normal? It’s his first new car and he questions everything. I didn’t have an answer because it’s never happened to me before.
While I was pleased that Cody was able to get the issue taken care of quickly, I do have a question about our previous service. We had my wife's Odyssey in for A1 Service 20 days ago, and one of the items checked off as "green" was the battery. Yet on Saturday we found out the battery needed replacement due to a bad cell.
Maybe it was an oversight by the person who did the check 3 weeks ago, but my wife fortunate enough not to have been broken down while being out on errands Friday evening.
Suggest you review the issue with the technician who completed the A1 Service and certified the battery as green when it had a bad cell.

Pete explained in detail problems that the car had. He suggested service with out being pushy.
He was able to contact the 3rd party concerning extended warranty and fixed all issues promptly.
My positive experience has made me satisfied customer and I will do repeat business with Hill Country Honda.
