My service at Hill Country Honda was great. I was at another Honda dealership early that day and they gave me the run around. I went to HC Honda and they were very helpful and were able to accommodate me same day and I was in and out within an hour verses 3 hours I was quoted at the last dealership. Best customer service.
Professional when he contacted me. I appreciated the realistic approach he took to getting it fixed at the lowest cost but with highest quality in mind. Decided to stick with Honda parts due to the warranty because of his explanations even though it was significantly higher priced.
I went in to get my tire fixed and was told that I needed a new tire due to mine being unrepairable. Normally I would feel cheated and of course dealerships have this image of overcharging people and taking advantage of their customers, but in this situation I understood the condition of my tire and it was explained well. I appreciate that. This is why I will continue to give Hill Country my business. Keep up the good work
they found out what was wrong with my car they allowed me to have a temporary vehicle to be able to continue moving around and they took care of all the smell in my vehicle they did a wonderful job I am incredibly grateful

Chris was fantastic. However - and this has nothing to do with Chris - I had called to make my appointment more than a week in advance. I don’t know the service person I spoke with, but we spent several minutes discussing the details of the work I needed done and the cost estimate. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM on 9/17. When I arrived Chris had no idea I was coming. Didn’t know my name or why I was there. We had to go inside and get on the computer to find the details. My suggestion: if a customer makes an appointment make sure the greeters or staff on shift know who’s coming and why. A little frustrating to have made the appointment and then be questioned as if I was a walk-in upon arriving. Otherwise, excellent prompt service. Quality work. Thanks!

They got my kids and I into a loaner car quickly and thankfully fixed the problem that was misdiagnosed by Firestone earlier that day. My only complain was that my car had an awful odor afterwards and Cody got it cleaned out for us the next day. Everyone was great!
