Good afternoon this is my second time going to get an oil change. The first time that I went, they did a pretty good job.. The second time was today, 1016 I didn’t receive that same great customer service that Honda always provides. Not sure the name of the person that attend me, but I went in for a oil change and I had a coupon for 35 % off. He ask if I needed a tire rotation, I replied no. Just an oil change. When it was time to pay. He was charging me for the oil change with tire rotation. ( although the service was not done) you had a special for $39.99 and I had a coupon. As I was about to pay there was another customer also that they forgot to do his service. This made me think that this person is not paying attention to what he is doing. If the service was $39.99 and I had a coupon for 35% off why did I pay $44? Even if your regular price is $50 that is still overcharging. I don’t think I’ll be going back to your facility. I will go to my regular Honda even though it is out of the way.
My taillight was damaged. My oil wasn’t even checked and was low.
Great job. Quick and easy.

Pedro Alverez was very helpful and explained the problems with the AC compressor. He listened and checked for my extended warranty. When that was not an option. He talked to his mananger and went above and beyond to get my compressor fixed. Thank you very much for making my experience with Hill Country Honda.
