Cody was helpful, as always. I love the service, the facilities, and the convenience of getting a courtesy vehicle. But the problem itself was not solved. I took my Pilot in for a squealing sound coming from the rear of the car. They said it was chatter coming from the brakes due to dust in the rotors, so they resurfaced the rear rotors under warranty. However, the squeal is still there, just as strong as it was before. We will bring the car back in tomorrow morning to get this problem resolved. I have every confidence that they will find the solution and fix the squeal. Thank you.
