On 7 November, on my day off I brought my Honda Accord to your dealership. Waited approximately 45 minutes to have my car checked and I don't know why as I was very clear about what part needed replaced. Was then told the part was in stock and it would take another 30-45 minutes to replace. After about another 30 minutes I was informed by Chris Cotton that the part was actually not in stock. So I wasted over an hour of my day off, had to cancel medical appointments for the next day. No, I was not happy with the service I received.
